BNP Paribas Factoring cares about environment and people

At the end of October, our coordination and collaboration team in Brussels, Global Factoring Competence Center, organized a meaningful team-building activity in ''Den Diepen Boomgard''.

''Den Diepen Boomgard'' is recognized as both a social workplace and an employment care project. It's a bio-farm that offers employment opportunities to people who couldn't get started or employed elsewhere. In this bio-farm, they can gain work experience and professional knowledge, learn to take responsibility, co-operate with others and deal with customers of the farm until they are ready to find other opportunities. 

On the other hand, ''Den Diepen Boomgard'' is a fully-fledged organic company, that serves choices of bio-products, with quality and environment friendly production methods.

Our team worked 1 full-day together with the current employees of this company in the farm and helped them in different daily activities (seeding, vegetable and fruit picking, cleaning, cooking, selling). At the end of the day, everybody forgot about all tiredness and left the farm with a warm smile on their face.

We are glad to be part of this social and sustainable project, committed to the environment and people in a good harmony.
